Key Features:

Material: Made from soft gel

Adhesive Backing: Features a peel-and-stick layer that locks the pad onto the inner heel counter of the shoe.

Cushioning: Provides a soft barrier for the Achilles tendon to reduce friction and absorb shock.

How to Use:

Clean and dry the inside back area of your shoe.

Peel the protective paper off the sticky back of the grip.

Place the pad centrally against the inner rear wall, just below the top edge of the shoe.

Press firmly from the center toward the edges so it sticks completely.
